2. What about quality, durability and warranties?
All Tuff-span products are manufactured from the range of roll-formed products produced by Bluescope, using only genuine ZINCALUME or COLORBOND high tensile steel.
COLORBONDsteel is one of the most advanced building materials in the world. Its superior oven-baked finish resists chipping, peeling and cracking,is non-combustible and termite resistant.
It comes with a warranty of up to 15 years against perforation in natural elements in addition to the security of Tuff-Span's 25-year structural warranty.
3. Will it look good?
Create a contemporary style with Tuff-Span's attractive gable roof and large capacity squareline gutters and barge combined with a high or low rib cladding profile, or you may prefer a heritage style with a higher pitched roof and quad gutters and barge combined with corrugated cladding.
Choose from 18 standard XRW COLORBOND living colours .
If you prefer, choose from the premium designer range of colours for a small additional cost and of course, all cladding can be fixed with colour matched tek screws.
4. Can I build it myself or will you build it for me?
The choice is yours - we can either supply your building in kit form for you to assemble, or we can build it for you.
We supply you with a full set of engineering plans, specifications, architectural drawings and detailed assembly instructions, showing you step-by-step how to assemble your building.
If you prefer, we can arrange construction for you including your concrete slab. We use only competent, experienced, licensed tradesmen who will be there on time and who will leave your site clean at the completion of your job.

6. Do you deliver and install in my area?
We service all areas and will arrange free delivery direct to your building site in metropolitan areas and major provincial centres.
If you live out of town, we will arrange delivery to your site for a small additional charge.
All Tuff-Span products are delivered in a flat pack on a crane truck, which means that you don't have to be involved in the unloading and you know that your building will be delivered without damage.
We can also arrange installation and concreting in all areas.
7. What about building permits and approvals?
You will have peace of mind knowing that your new Tuff-Span building is engineer designed to meet all Building Code and Council and Statutory Authority requirements.
We provide detailed engineering design plans and specifications together with architectural drawings for your building and can arrange your Council building permit approval for you.
The length of time required to gain your building permit varies from a few days to around six weeks depending on the local government area concerned.
8. How long will it take?
Our standard lead-time to have your building manufactured is 20 working days from the date of receiving your Council building permit approval.
If your building is to be installed on a concrete slab, we would normally arrange for your slab to be poured during this period (subject to weather) to allow curing prior to construction.
We would then arrange for our builders to be on-site within a few days of delivery of your building to arrange installation.
We keep you advised of progress throughout the construction stages.
9. What maintenance is required?
ZINCALUME and COLORBOND high tensile steel has been specially developed by Australians to withstand this country's harsh climatic conditions and minimal maintenance is required.
Regular washing with water will enhance the life of your Tuff-Span building and also maintain its appearance and protect your asset.
Areas such as wall cladding under eaves, garage doors and the undersides of gutters should be hosed down at least every six months or more frequently in coastal areas.
Ask for a free maintenance booklet at your local Tuff-Span centre.
10. Can I afford it?
You will find all Tuff-Span products are very competitively priced because your building is being manufactured and delivered direct by the manufacturer, cutting out the middle man and saving you money.
We will advise you without obligation, on the most suitable Tuff-Span building to suit your particular needs and one that is also within your budget.
We will then give you a fixed price quotation that is valid for 14 days to allow you to plan and fully consider your proposed investment, prior to making your buying decision.
You will not find better value for money than at your local Tuff-Span Dealer.
